PATRON VERBAL

 









En la gramática inglesa, existen varios patrones verbales que se utilizan para construir oraciones.


Patrón 

Verbo + Objeto Directo:

I eat an apple. (comer)

He reads a book. (leer)

They watch a movie. (ver)


Patrón

 Verbo + Objeto Directo + Objeto Indirecto:

She gave me a gift. (dar)

We sent him a letter. (enviar)

They bought her a present. (comprar)


Patrón 

Verbo + Complemento Predicativo:

He is happy. (ser/estar + adjetivo)

She became a doctor. (convertirse en)

They feel tired. (sentirse)


Patrón

 Verbo + Complemento Directo + Complemento Indirecto:

I told her a secret. (decir)

He showed me his new car. (mostrar)

They gave him a promotion. (dar)


Patrón

 Verbo + Preposición + Objeto:

I look at the painting. (mirar)

She listens to music. (escuchar)

They talk about their trip. (hablar)

Patrón

 Verbo + Preposición + Gerundio:

He apologized for being late. (disculparse)

She thanked me for helping. (agradecer)

They apologized for interrupting. (disculparse)


Patrón

 Verbo + TO + Infinitivo:

I want to eat. (querer)

She needs to study. (necesitar)

They like to dance. (gustar)


Patrón

 Verbo + Gerundio 

I love dancing

She enjoys reading

I like dancing 



Patrón 

Verbo + Adverbio:

He ran quickly. (correr)

She speaks fluently. (hablar)

They work hard. (trabajar)
